This artwork is a flashback (heh) to a core memory of Noctis that has never been featured anywhere else, and an especially poignant one since the eventual death of King Regis spearheaded Noctis journey to become a destined hero, while the car Regalia became a metaphor of the relationship between Noctis and Regis throughout the game

The Gather Your Courage mode gives a creature +5/+5 and indestructible until end of turn, and forces all of your opponents creatures to block it if able
Loxi: This could be pretty neat as a flashback/"cast spells from your graveyard" commander, but I do agree that only once per turn makes this tricky if you don't have ways to copy the trigger, and at that point you're really jumping through some hoops
