I would give this card a 3 out of 5 rating, I do like its Poke-Body but you would have to use this card with at least a dual type deck or just use this card for its Poke-Body and not be able to attack with it at all

Number 43: Manipulator of Souls' detach effect allows the controller to equip a Number monster in their Graveyard to it

Add in some confusion around the rules, and the chances lower a little further

The creature type has a lot of support, plenty of vampire creatures, and a whole host of lords and payoff cards floating around

Returning Keyword Ability: Convoke Spells with convoke let you tap untapped creatures you control to help pay for them
