There are more than just these three cards that have a similar effect, but you get the idea
However, this cost is rather steep, and you're playing it more for the passive ability to gain extra copies rather than copying with Twinning Staff itself, but it's a nice effect to dump mana into if you have it
Either way, this is a stylish, 10 mana creature that encourages some setup and closes games with fireworks
Just be sure to protect that board, because even getting back up to four might take some turns
