They are for installing onto the neutral bars. Some of the kits are ``fork`` mounted, which means that the lug has two prongs that are inserted into two neutral bar holes, and are held down by two wire binding screws. Others are ``straddle`` mounted, which means that the lug mounts on the top of and sit directly onto the neutral bar.
