For this particular card I cant think of a good reason to use BGS unless you just prefer how the slab looks over PSA

I say this because Scatterbug only has 40 hp, which is hardly anything, and it only has one move that does 10 damage so if you don't plan on evolving Scatterbug do not use this card because it will be knocked out right away, especially later in games
