I am a little bit surprised that it comes in at only fourth place on our aggregate list, as for me this is the best blue card in Modern right now
The fact that Jirina also boosts other humans you control makes her even more loveable
This added, and somewhat unnecessary randomness, is what stops this card from being higher on the list, but all other abilities are extremely useful, and we can see this card being a staple in mono-red aggro decks and perhaps some more aggressive Izzet decks too
