In general though most of the Japanese holos or any other cosmos holo can have a swirl or 2, I dont think it really matters what set it is (i.e Neo vs Fossil or any other)

But its a perfect catch-up card for control decks that often start on the back foot against aggro decks that flood the board and dole out quick damage

Conversely, less popular or common gold cards may have lower market value
