Big, bold, rich with an unapologetic oak profile (40% new French), you will find a very expressive nose of peach, preserved lemon and caramel. Bright acidity, zesty lemon, wet stone and vanilla filled the mid palate before the white pepper and toasty brioche take over at the end.
