You would put this card into the Active Pokemon spot to start the game, then if you use an Ultra Ball Trainer to get Tapu Lele GX on your Bench, you could discard a Basic Pokemon, then use Dark Guidance on this card to get the card you just discarded on the Bench

In this case, the nostalgia associated to this card is part of their value and, obviously, the oldest the card, the better
