Define clear win conditions Finish games through overwhelming combat damage, repeatable burn triggers, or Dragon-enabled combos
Ludevics Abomination became the biggest blue creature to exist in Magic
The only restriction is that they have to be cheap, but given how early this is set up, I think that's likely to be the case
