I think Pokemon really did a great job creating these two sets
I understand why arcane spells (and splice onto arcane, particularly) are seen as parasitic mechanics that dont work outside of a specific block, but I still wish there were some replacement for them
Im just not excited by the idea of spaceships and planets generally, and given the choice, I will always pick fantasy on top
