Before buying: check the card number and expansion compare the condition carefully look for creases, whitening and surface damage confirm whether the card is in English, Japanese or another language check whether the listing shows the exact card or only a sample image use a sleeve and binder page once it arrives Some cards are inexpensive singles, while others may be harder to locate depending on the set, language, condition and current collector demand
