Almost all of these cards are part of the Genetic Apex Set, except for some, such as Lapras ex, which is part of the Promo A Set and can be obtained randomly by opening booster packs and attending the event while it is still active

It is definitely great against Living End and UR Murktide, however Living End isnt very popular and UR Murktide is branching into Questing Druid which doesnt require using graveyard

This would usually be enough to find Pandemonium and some combination of Phyrexian Dreadnought and Reanimate, plus the mana to play them And a Final Fortune might end the game before the opponent has even taken a turn(!)
