The only signs of use on this rod are a speck of rub wear on the butt cap and a little bright patch on the inside of the guides

This rod was produced during Phillipson's 3M era shortly after the lifting of the embargo with China in 1971

The rod is in near mint restored condition with one exception

Not sure I've ever seen one in better condition

but a very professional job
