濃郁的黑櫻桃與黑巧克力香氣從杯中迸發而出，完美搭配以紅肉與松露為主的菜餚，以及佐以牛肝菌的禽類料理。

混合Pierry一級村中兩座葡萄園，分別是「Les Tartières」種植於1990年，以及「Les Porgeons」種植於1985年。皆為朝東南的日照坡向，位於中坡位置，深厚的黏土層，夾帶有燧石方解石，底岩為白堊土。使得夏多內在此獲得極佳的成熟度，圓潤飽滿的酒體不失清脆的酸度，燧石更增添獨特的礦物感個性。
