The deck has two main goals: to build a large army of human creatures, and to pump the army of humans through dozens of anthem and +1/+1 counter effects, allowing you to attack with a massive army of huge creatures
Theres plenty of discussion on whether the card should be banned in Modern given that it already is in Legacy, as it encourages narrow deckbuilding
Faeries do at least get Bitterbloom Bearer, Glen Elendra Guardian and Voracious Tome-Skimmer, but theyre hardly enough to prop up the little pranksters here and are merely some nice little nods

While I don't normally go for cards with a large range on performance I don't really consider this card to have a wide range nominally, only when compared to Sleight of Hand
There's so much to enjoy about this pre-con, and it's a great deck to test upgrades on, as there's very little that won't work in the deck from the red/blue pool of cards
