As a Grixis commander, Marchesa provides access to the three colors that feature the most Pirate cards, allowing you to use the best that the tribe has to offer
Famous locations in Tolkiens IP will be appearing across the set, with The Shire being a fantastic introduction
Primal Conqueror Etali, however, ramps that ability up to 11 by triggering upon entering, and also only stealing nonland permanents, which affect the board far more than just the top card. If that wasnt enough, if you pay , you get to transform it into a new, nonartifact version of Blightsteel Colossus
That's where Cloud, Midgar Mercenary comes in
This is an excellent card if youre playing a Creature tribal deck, but its one of the best tribal cards without question if youve got a little deck manipulation in there too
