I couldn't figure out exactly what year this is from but best guess I would say it's a 40s or 50s uniform skirt. Either military or other government related outfit. It is overall in excellent, gently worn vintage condition. The perfect Fall Weight material. One of the hook latches at the side closure has been replaced by a snap button. All works perfectly well.
