Removing them one at a time with cards like [c]Assassins Trophy[/c] wont really be possible, but if you pay a bit more mana and cast something like [c]Cyclonic Rift[/c] for its overload cost, then all your problems will be taken care of with just one card

They thought the Amber/Emerald deck was a bit easier to use, so you may want to consider that too, depending on where you're at with Lorcana right now
