I personally would not use this card in a deck because you have to add Plume Fossil trainer cards to your deck instead of having more valuable trainer cards or even Pokemon cards in the deck
Perhaps we'll go back to 15 mythics per set in the future, although it's also possible that Hasbro likes the fact that more mythics means players need to open more packs (and spend more money) on Arena to complete a set and that the change will remain even when MDFCs are no longer in every set
Strategy wise, this card works well later in games when you have a fair amount of fighting type energy in the discard pile, you can then use Diamond Gift a turn or two and get your benched Pokemon set up quite quickly and allows you to use less energy cards in your deck since you can reuse the same ones over and over
This card gets better every year, with every free-equip effect, and every new spell that can be cast
The mat is the same for both decks, showing Obelisk and Slifer on the front and a summarized guide on the back
