This has been a fun look at an inspired new cycle of artifacts, which mostly looks like duds for Limited, but should see plenty of play in Commander
When players use this card while there are other characters in play, Pascal gains the "Evasive" trait with the ability called "Camouflage." Chameleons can be tricky and evasive little creatures, and the Evasive trait reflects that, letting him "blend into the background" of the play area and avoid challenges
Shield counters act like temporary totems - surviving board wipes, combat, and pesky removal spells
Due to this, I dont think that Wizards of the Coast will ever touch, revise, or rework the Reserved List at this point
Fearless Liberator Well this seems potentially playable in standard, since you can drop it then next turn double it, but only in an aggro deck and then if you're on curve you are not answering your opponent's, and later game a 2/1 probably isn't going to cut it
