As the moon breaks through a gap in the clouds, the waters edge is gently illuminated by a channel of light. Four small buildings are silhouetted along the beach, while in the distance, several sailboats are moored overnight. The painting is signed dated in the lower left and housed within a reeded giltwood frame with a decorative foliate border. Medium Oil on canvas
