You can (and should!) help each other out by casting spells on one another, but you don't share resources, so you can't tap someone else's land for mana or cast spells from their hand
Felisa also has a death trigger: when a nontoken creature we control dies, if it had counters on it, we create X 2/1 flying Inklings, where X is the number of counters on it
This kind of effect wasnt nearly as easy to acquire before the 40K releases, and the format is better for it
