All of his other stats are great, and he can come down as early as turn six with shift, but there generally isnt enough room for him in Emerald decks
This number is almost certainly an overestimate, as some cards were just straight removed and new ones werent added back in, but its a good reference point to know that were not getting any appreciable supply of Legends cards added to the mix
