It has the advantage of being able to deal with everything, and pretty much has 4 free counterspells as well as 2 1-mana spot removal and 2-3 good 1-mana counterspells, on top of 3+ solid 2 mana counterspells
Can you turn the shaman into Wolverine? Can you do Spawn? I was just sitting there goofing around with markers whipping out these primitive interpretations of various characters one after the other
As a competitive player with a large Arena collection, Ill admit that theres some appeal to thatif theres a paper Standard tournament I can test for it on Arena, but its almost impossible for a format to be supported entirely through tournament support
That said, you dont have to choose one or the other
