best surveil cards mtg with Rules Text: Surveil, 229 cards Surveil is Brilliant

At a slightly higher cost than a Standard release, youd want it to contain some juice as far as reprints go (its all reprints, after all!)

I can see myself running this one in decks that dont really have the ability to block consistently

That might just be a me thing though, so I wouldnt hold it against the site too much
