This is another card that slots better in the 99

They provide card draw and ramp in the command zone, which is just what Slivers want, but thats all I have to say about them

The number of 5-plus mana creature spells you can cast in a single turn is very limited, and all that just to get a +1/+1 buff really pales in comparison to the other experience counter legends

The card is awesome for The Gitrog Monster, but it is expensive

Sadly, regular token doublers arent super effective here, as while Anointed Procession would give you two Hero tokens, only one would get counters
