I really wanted haste from my lands so I tossed in the Battlements, which taps for colorless and then, with red, can give haste just like the Village

What catches my eye is this card in a deck that cares about high-power creatures, since Siegemaster will borrow that power whenever it attacks, and it has trample itself

You wont be able to loop with those permanents and there are cheaper creatures you can use instead, but doing this a couple of times may be enough for the table to scoop
