It is a little awkward that Cloudform falls off of Thassa if your devotion dips and that Master of Waves doesnt make any tokens if you flip it, but thats not the end of the world
So now let's look at the top commons, the cards you'll probably pop into every Phyrexia deck you draft

I wouldnt be surprised to see that Tyvar is the card that puts the Devoted Druid combo deck back on the map
The reason I have Serum Visions ever so slightly higher is that it is still very very close to Preordain in general all round power, it typically gives more overall information as well (if you keep at least one card from a Preordain scry you see one less card overall than you do with Serum Visions or Ponder), but most of all it is becuase Serum Visions affords you the best synergy with top of library effects
Now a lot of white lifegain decks can use this card, but I would suggest including it in an Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim deck
