Fees & Retainer Clause Officiant Contract and yearbook deadlinesIf you are a service provider and have a contract but need to add in a Fees and Retainer Clause, this is for you! This clause is a hefty one and has two options for whether you take a smaller retainer reservation fee and then take installment payments over the course of your services, OR if you take a retainer reservation fee and then one final payment within 'x' days of the date of service. Both options include the ability to have a FLAT FEE retainer
