I did a bit of research, and I believe that right now, the top two decks in Standard (GB Delirium and UW Flash) are about as dominant as they have been over the past few years, but there isn't one deck (or card) that's dominating (or breaking) the format
And not all of them are equal
Proxies are an awesome tool to test new deck ideas, or play with cards in the spoiler season, so that you can make a more assertive choice when you buy these later
This card felt wronged the moment it got revealed - the go to OMG BAN BROKEN WTF THIS CARD IS NOT FUN-squad had to have another tantrum on social media when this card got previewed - it reminded me a lot of when Tergrid released ( 0.295% of decks on EDHrec, by the way)
