Given that Enchanted cards were already scarce, with them only found at the rare of 1 in every 72 packs, its not hard to see why the Iconic cards have immediately become more valuable

While the card may not be much of a Modern Staple anymore, it could certainly still find a home in this slightly slower format

Artifacts are magical items, and also permanents

Getting some card quality on top of enabling your graveyard synergies without losing any cards total is a big win

So yeah, in that way, I think it's the most powerful card in Zendikar Rising
