If you play a land, cast a spell, or both using the permission granted by Coram's last ability and then have a new Coram come under your control in the same turn, you can still play a land, cast a spell, or both using the new Coram's permission
cards that act as your resources exist outside your starting deck and accumulate naturally, so the game attempts to eliminate issues like mana screw and mana flood, something you see often in non-MTG TCGs like Lorcana
Sadly there are no other formats I can find that have any actual news about them
One more thing, clones work well too as long as they copy the whole card like Mockingbird or Phyrexian Metamorph, and not a token shell like Skyclave Apparition
Though foretell is a rarely-revived mechanic, meaning you're not likely to be bluffing very hard with the face-down part of it, paying two mana to let it sit in a zone that's practically uninteractable is nice
