I think it will mostly see play in decks aimed more at the moderate competition level, not at the highest level of competition, where there are decks with capabilities to easily dish out damage that dont rely on a character questing

Professors Research, a Supporter card that allows you to draw two cards during your turn, is worth including in just about every deck, while cards that allow you to draw Pokmon, such as Pok Ball or the newly released Pokmon Communication, are especially important for decks that rely on Evolution Pokmon (especially Stage 2 Pokmon), since the impact of those Pokmon is limited by how quickly you can get them into play
It isn't super pressing but you might just not find the right answer and have to use something awkward
