14k gold + royston turquoise ring - size 8.25 cuff The light-catching facets make thisThis ring is made from scratch, so to speak. I melted reclaimed gold and casting grain into an ingot, then rolled it through a rolling mill again and again and again (and again) to form sheet. From there I cut it to the size of the band ad added the split detail. The band is soldered to a sterling silver backplate. The bezel is solid 14k gold that I rolled out as well. This stunning Royston turquoise is a real winner and deserved to be set in 14k. I
