I think the decks you want Negate against are broadly good matchups for you anyways, and I dont want too many dead cards against Goblins in Game 1 since that deck is excellent, so Im not playing any Negates to complement the Spell Pierces

You cannot take any action with them that would tap them, meaning they cannot attack on the turn they enter the battlefield
And the way I see it, Aggro decks are just looking to utilize the declare attackers step early and often
