In my opinion, there are some really good ones, build-arounds, good support for the 99, and then some I honestly dont expect to ever see
This raw combo potential alone is enough to warrant Sams place on this list, but he also plays perfectly well as a fair card too, thanks to his grindy second ability
I can see how and why that would be useful, but Im not seeing the type of deck that really wants to play this right now
