Permanent double strike is terrible for your opponent but getting to put it on a creature at instant speed is on a whole other level of trouble
This means that while aggro decks are winning sooner than midrange and control (which is objectively correct, even when decks are as close to parity as possible in regards to power), they are doing so much more often because their boards arent being dismantled enough
Even without his special defensive and singing abilities, he's a solid character
